With Nataly Nitsche
An introductory course to discover the fundamental practices of Yantra Yoga, one of the oldest yoga systems in the world, brought to the West in the 1970s by Dzogchen Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
Through movement, breath, rhythm and very specific application of breath holds, you can balance your vital energy and achieve deep, natural relaxation.
