You will be guided into innovative experiences with sound and distinct visual exercises, designed to deepen and clarify your understanding the practice of Shine.
We will explore the application of Shine and Released Shine, focusing our work on the dimensions of seeing and hearing as they reveal the nature of mind.
This retreat is rooted in a rich and authentic lineage of instructions:
- Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s 1981 Arzachena teachings
- Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s 1991 Argentina sessions on the Song of the Vajra
- The most recent insights shared by Yeshi Namkhai in Tenerife (2026), creating a living bridge between traditional methods and their contemporary evolution.
Through this combination of ancient instructions and new modalities of sound and vision, the retreat offers a unique opportunity to encounter Shine in a fresh, direct and experiential way.
Requirements: Having attended teachings with Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi is required.
