In our daily life we interact with the world through our contact with the outer elements, which in turn influence our inner dimension via our senses. During this weekend we will explore many Dzogchen ‘elemental’ practices including Zernga, Semdzin, Rushen, Mantra & Natural Integration methods from the Drathal Gyur Tantra, to enter the state of contemplation.
Schedule Update: On saturday morning, we will follow the session offered by Namkhai Yeshi, Complete Explanation Of The Primordial Wisdoms And The Practice Of Trekchö from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Requirements: Having attended teachings with Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi is required.

Biography
Julia Lawless is a professional writer, editor, and accredited meditation instructor who has dedicated over four decades to the study and preservation of the Dzogchen tradition. She became a student of the renowned master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 1980, beginning a lifelong commitment to his teachings and community.
At her teacher’s request, Julia was instrumental in founding the Shang Shung Institute UK (SSIUK) in 2010, where she served as Principal Director for a decade. Her foundational work extends deeply into the UK Dzogchen community, having been actively engaged in establishing both Kunselling, a dedicated retreat centre in Wales, and Lekdanling, the Tibetan Cultural Centre in London.
Authorized as a meditation teacher by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, Julia has guided practitioners across numerous retreats over the years. Since 2016, she has focused her teaching efforts primarily in London, where she regularly runs study groups and leads meditation classes.
As a writer and editor, she brings Buddhist philosophy to the page. She is the co-author of Beyond Words: An Introduction to Dzogchen and has edited several titles for Shang Shung Editions, including Guru Arya Tara and Her Twenty-one Praises.
