SMS Instructor and Psychologist Michael Katz will present detailed information on the three Bardos of dying, including a Power Point presentation.
These Include the outer and inner signs that presage that the onset of death is near (Chikhai Bardo), as well as the special moments when the luminosity of the true nature dawns for practitioners. Chonyi Bardo which commences after the final ‘inner breath. The presentation will also focus on the possible realms of rebirth, Sidpai Bardo which endures until the inner-breath commences in the new transmigrating birth form.
Understanding these teachings at the deepest level brings a radical openness and connectedness that leaves us at peace with whatever happens. Introducing these Bardos of liberation can support recognizing the real nature of the mind in the midst of all that changes.

Michael Katz Dzogchen Community SMS instructor has a doctoral degree in psychology and is coauthor of and editor of Chogyal Namkhai Norbu’s book “ Dream Yoga and the Practice of Natural Light” as well as the book “ Dream Yoga the Royal Road to enlightenment”
