I don’t need to tell anybody that we are in a moment of change. We are going through monumental changes in the world around us, under many, many aspects. The natural aspect, the social aspect, the political and geopolitical aspect. And many of these changes seem to be completely out of our power. It’s something that is happening over our head most of the time.
So, one thing that I have started doing is studying Astrology. And through Astrology, I could see that what is happening right now is an extremely powerful set of aspects and configurations of planets. That is, some of it never happened before. And the planets, and the configurations of the planets influence the energy of everything in the space around. And also, and from our point of view most importantly, on the planet Earth, we are subject to this. So, the fact that we feel different in this period is also due to the astrological influxes and energies that are playing in the skies around us at this time. On the other hand, it is important that we use our own mind and our own heart in order to find our own capacity to grow up into being able to deal with what is happening around us as much as we can. Some of the feet may look a little bit too much for us, but we must not be discouraged. There are many things that we can do.

Biography
Costantino Albini is one of the first students of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, a master of Dzogchen, an ancient knowledge aimed at recognizing our naturally perfected state.
From a young age, his search for knowledge led him to do religious and musical studies, exploring the connection between spiritual practice and musical creativity. Over the years, he developed expertise in Indian rāgas, music, astrology, and esotericism. He is now dedicated to the study of Western astrology, continuing to build bridges between his research on sound and Dzogchen.
