November 16, 2025

This course will be held in English, with Spanish, Italian and Russian translations.

Dzogchen, the great perfection, refers to our original state, which is beyond concepts and conditioning. This dimension of being does not need to be created because it is already fully present.

The task of practitioners is to lift the veils of delusion and discover what has always been there. Powerful and essential exercises are used to discover our true nature because recognition comes through direct experience. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu has taught many methods of the Dzogchen tradition, ensuring there is something suitable for everyone and any circumstance.

In this course, we will look at the three main Buddhist paths—the path of renunciation (Sutra), the path of transformation (Tantra), and the path of spontaneous liberation (Dzogchen)—and gain practical experience with them.

From the Dzogchen teachings, we will use Semdzin and Rushen exercises to attain direct insight.

This course is designed for new and experienced practitioners alike and covers theory and practice.

Lung-Transmission for all practice will be given to participants on site.

This course will be held in English and translated in Spanish, Italian and Russian.
