Dzamling Gar, the Global Gar, thrives thanks to dedicated practitioners who collaborate for the benefit of our Community.

We are always seeking, Yellow, Red and Blue Gakyil members & assistants.

This is a karma yoga opportunity—offering your time and skills freely to support the Gar’s activities. Key areas of focus include:

Yellow Gakyil – Financial & administrative coordination

 Blue Gakyil – Culture, Knowledge & Teaching activities

Requirements for the Gakyil role:

• Member of the Dzogchen Community for at least 3 years
• Demonstrated commitment to collaboration and a clear, positive intention
• Digital literacy
• Willingness to learn – to gain knowledge and develop one’s skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• EU citizenship or current long-term EU residence permit
• Financial self-sustainability
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.

Assistants play a vital role and can contribute remotely. It’s also a great way to prepare for a future Gakyil role!
