Teacher candidates under supervision of Adriana Dal Borgo

The Dance of the Vajra is a unique form of meditation that has the capacity to harmonize our energy. It is performed on a mandala that represents the correspondence between the internal dimension of each individual and the external dimension in which we live. The precision of the movements, together with the energy of sound and melody, bring the mind into a contemplative state. In this way we harmonize the three main aspects of our existence (body, energy, and mind), and find calmness and deep relaxation.

For more about The Vajra Dance that Benefit Beings please check www.vajradance.net.

Please bring soft-soled shoes or clean socks for exclusive use on the mandala.

This course is an ideal opportunity for those approaching Vajra Dance for the first time. It is also for those who already know the steps of the 3 Vajra Dance and want to deepen their practice, or wish to learn the steps of the opposite genre
