with Maxim Leschenko
THE THIRD SERIES is called Sanglung Umar Jugpai Thab or The Secret Breathing, Method for Directing the Prana into the Central Channel. It comprises a pranayama and five yantras.
All these practices with kumbhaka are principally aimed at imprisoning our karmic breath, our prana, in the central channel because the central channel represents the state beyond time. That state is represented by our instant presence, whereas our karmic breathing is related with all our emotions, all our problems and the mental level. When we succeed to bring the karmic breath into the central channel and dissolve the karmic breath by imprisoning it in the central channel, we are trying to be totally beyond this kind of dualistic vision.
