The Dance of the Vajra is a unique form of meditation through movement that brings the mind into a contemplative state. It is performed on a mandala that represents the correspondence between the internal dimension of each individual and the external dimension in which we live. The precise and harmonious movements, together with the sound and melody of the mantra, lead us to coordinate the three aspects of our existence (body, energy, and mind) and develop presence and awareness both on the mandala and in our daily lives.

Born in Venice, Italy, graduated in psychology with specialization in psychotherapy, in 1986 Adriana met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, from whom she learned the Vajra Dance and later on the Khaita Joyful Dances. In 1992 she was appointed by the Master to teach Vajra Dance and later to coordinate the related activities as training new instructors, thus becoming one of the two main Vajra Dance teachers. From that time, she has held many courses and trained new teachers around the world, helping students to discover the joy and profoundness of the Dance. Dancer and choreographer, from 2011 Adriana has been also appointed to coordinate the Khaita Joyful Dances and training new teachers in this field of study.
