with Arnaud Coquillard & Ludmila Kislichenko
ONSITE & ONLINE
Requirements: This course is meant for those who have received teachings from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi.
The retreat will consist of viewing the Teachings given by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in Hong Kong in 2012 combined with commentaries and practice guided by SMS teacher Arnaud Coquillard and Vajra Dance teacher Luda Kislichenko.
The cycle of the Dance of the Vajra is a remarkable Dzogchen Teaching that focuses on the integration of the aspects of body, voice and mind in the state of Contemplation. It belongs to the Longsal series of Teachings of “The Luminous Clarity of the Universe, Innermost Essence of the Dakinis,” rediscovered by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
While we dance we sing the syllables of the Song of the Vajra since a correspondence exists between each of its sounds and our physical body.
As part of this course, there will be a workshop on creating ‘dri grol,‘ or liberation through smell. This practice helps practitioners develop clarity when smelling it and serves as a beneficial cause for others to attain liberation upon smelling it.
“In particular, for Ati yoguins and yoginis,
By applying the Dance of the Vajra with their bodies
May all the impurities of the elements be eliminated
And may their purity ripen the body of light.
Singing the Song of the Vajra
May their voices be liberated in the Vajra Voice,
And with their contemplation of existence manifesting as the base,
May they be liberated in the dimension of the state of Samantabhadra.”
