A new season is beginning, full of challenges and opportunities.
Following the beautiful Tara retreat with Costantino , we would like to continue to explore Tara practice.
“Since receiving her wisdom can help us diminish these inner obstacles and develop our clarity, she can help us overcome all kinds of difficulties. Therefore, by gradually harmonizing the energy of our body, voice, and mind as a result of praying to Tara, we can slowly develop and deepen our practice.”
Join us for a Tara practice & Karma Yoga retreat!
This is an opportunity to practice together and collaborate in a joyful way in order to prepare both outer and inner space for the upcoming season.
On this occasion, we will focus on deepening our Tara practice , and working on the B4 area , located on the left side of the Gonpa. We will clean and prepare this space to host workshops, creating an environment where people of all ages can learn and explore creative disciplines, from manual crafts to digital arts. Over time, we envision this area to evolve into the Artistic Academy of the Gar.
