This course is designed as an essential foundation for those planning to participate in the upcoming Mandarava retreat. It offers two key components to deepen your connection with the practice.
In the first part, we will focus on Drajyor, the system of Tibetan transliteration designed by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, specifically refining the pronunciation of the Mandarava practice to ensure clarity and accuracy in recitation.
Requirements: This course is meant for those who have received teachings from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Yeshi Namkhai

Biographies
Fabian Sanders has studied Asian languages, traditions, and cultures extensively. For more than two decades he has concentrated on teaching classical Tibetan Language at university level and for the Shang Shung Foundation/Atiyoga Foundation. He has been a student of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu for nearly thirty years. He is author of La Lingua Tibetana Classica (Hoepli), the first classical Tibetan grammar book in Italian.
He is the director of the School for Tibetan Language and Translation of the International Atiyoga Foundation and Academic Director of the Shang Shung Institute UK.
Fabio Andrico is a senior Yantra Yoga instructor authorized by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. Fabio began studying and practicing yoga in Italy. In 1977, he traveled to India, where he studied the Sivananda Hatha Yoga tradition. During a retreat in Prata, Italy, in 1979, he met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, became his disciple, and received direct instructions on Yantra Yoga. He soon started teaching Yantra Yoga in a center of the Dzogchen community in Naples, Italy, and continued to do so around the world. In 1978, he was officially authorized to teach Yantra Yoga, and in 1994, he was also authorized to train Yantra Yoga teachers. He has been doing so for many years worldwide.
