Mandarava Retreat

The retreat will be held in English with Spanish, Russian and Italian translations.

Practice of Mandarava for individual, for example it means for increasing our potentiality and going well in our life.

During this retreat, we will learn about the different aspect of the practice by listening to Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s recordings, learn the Tsalungs of Mandarava with Fabio Andrico. We will have three sessions of practice every day (one essential practice of Mandarava with Sogthig, one short practice with Sogthig and Tsalungs and one medium practice (according to instruction given by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2004 in Tashigar Norte). On the 3rd and 11th we will have explanations offered by Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo.

This is a rare opportunity to deepen your understanding of this special practice belonging to the Longsal cycle of teaching revealed by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

Requirements:  Having attended teachings with Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi is required.

Biography

Fabio Andrico is a senior Yantra Yoga instructor authorized by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. Fabio began studying and practicing yoga in Italy. In 1977, he traveled to India, where he studied the Sivananda Hatha Yoga tradition. During a retreat in Prata, Italy, in 1979, he met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, became his disciple, and received direct instructions on Yantra Yoga. He soon started teaching Yantra Yoga in a center of the Dzogchen community in Naples, Italy, and continued to do so around the world. In 1978, he was officially authorized to teach Yantra Yoga, and in 1994, he was also authorized to train Yantra Yoga teachers. He has been doing so for many years worldwide.
