This course is aimed at preparing the basis for practicing the Tsalung of Mandarava that will be taught and practiced during our upcoming Mandarava retreat.

Kumbhaka is a special method of holding the breath.

Beyond it’s application in various Tsalungs, Kumbhaka helps to coordinate breathing in our daily life so that we are no longer dominated by thoughts and emotions.
