This teaching is the essence of the Longsal teaching. It is the
transformation practice of Jñanadakini, which we bring into the
state of contemplation. It is a very useful practice that you can
do when you have time, particularly when you would like to do
a personal practice. It is good for developing your capacity for
practice. It is very effective.
We will explore the various aspects and instructions of this extraordinary practice which is part of Rinpoche’s Longsal cycle.
