We will be learning the Tsadul pranayama and yantras, with relative warm up for breathing and body and possible adaptations on the chair.


We are delighted to announce that Dr. Phuntsok will also be teaching in this course. She will discuss the effects, qualities, and characteristics of Tsadul from the perspective of Tibetan medicine.

This course is open to everyone—no prior experience required.

This course will be held in English with translation in Spanish Italian and Russian

Biography (click to expand)

Fabio Andrico is a senior Yantra Yoga instructor authorized by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. Fabio began studying and practicing yoga in Italy. In 1977, he traveled to India, where he studied the Sivananda Hatha Yoga tradition. During a retreat in Prata, Italy, in 1979, he met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, became his disciple, and received direct instructions on Yantra Yoga. He soon started teaching Yantra Yoga in a center of the Dzogchen community in Naples, Italy, and continued to do so around the world. In 1978, he was officially authorized to teach Yantra Yoga, and in 1994, he was also authorized to train Yantra Yoga teachers. He has been doing so for many years worldwide.

Dr. Phuntsog received her advanced degree from the prestigious Lhasa University School of Traditional Medicine in 1988. She dedicated numerous years to serving as a Tibetan Medicine practitioner in Eastern Tibet.

Her remarkable work included collaboration with A.S.I.A., the non-profit organization initiated by Professor Namkhai Norbu. Her contributions involved establishing hospitals and training centers in the remote regions of Sichuan Province and Chamdo Prefecture. 

In 2007, she co-founded the American Tibetan Medical Association (ATMA), a national organization in the United States dedicated to representing and advancing the Tibetan medical profession.

Since 2012, Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo has assumed the role of International Director of the Shang Shung School of Tibetan Medicine with programs across the United States, Russia, and Europe.
