We’ve prepared a full day of activities to give you the opportunity to enjoy and explore what our community has to offer.
The program starts at 9:30 and includes:
- A class and practice on Yoga and Respira
- ATIMONLAM: Guided Meditation to discover our inner nature, made by Namkhai Yeshi.
- A class and practice on the Vajra Dance
- A Lunch, to enjoy all togheter!
- And after dance and music!
As in previous events some of you ask: donation are welcome.
All activities are free!
Lunch is available for €7 per adult and €5 per kid (up to 12 years).
Dzogchen
The Dzogchen Teaching are an ancient system of knowledge and contain a wealth of methods that come to us from Tibet, where they were practiced for centuries.
Yet they are universal and represent a timeless heritage of wisdom that transcends place, culture, religion, time or ethnicity.
Namkhai Yeshi, son of the great Dzogchen Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and a devoted disciple, will give at Dzamling Gar a retreat of Dzogchen Teaching in February 2026.

Dream Yoga: Living and Dreaming Lucidly – from 12 to 14 December 2025
In this workshop we will intend to develop the capacity to live and dream lucidly, enhance creativity, promote self-discovery, and reduce stress.

The Place!
Dzamling Gar is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the evolution of the human being.
We are a member of the International Dzogchen Community founded by Tibetan Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
Today, our spiritual guide Namkhai Yeshi is guiding us in deepening our understanding of the profound Dzogchen Teaching.
The Community is thus seen as a place for sharing and exchange for people who share the same path towards knowledge, and is made by various centers in the world.
The various community centers are considered places for the practice of awareness where it is possible to collaborate with others from the perspective of a common spiritual enrichment.
The land of Dzamling Gar has been bought in December 2012, with several unfinished buildings, and the construction works have began in June 2013.
The intention for Dzamling Gar is to manifest our Chögyal Namkhai Norbu‘s dream of a Global Gar as a place where the whole Dzogchen Community can meet and collaborate together.
The Global Gar will be a center of study and practice for the worldwide Dzogchen Community and a place to develop presence awareness on behalf of the wellbeing of all sentient beings.
How To Arrive?
Just to let you know a little about Dzamling Gar, it is located in Playa Paraiso, Adeje on the island of Tenerife, in Spain.
We are about a half hour from the southern airport (TFS) and one hour from the northern airport (TFN).
You can find taxis and buses to the center from both airports.
