ABOUT ELENA BRESSAN

Student of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu since 1980, I have been artistically inspired and guided by my maternal aunt since childhood, an accomplished painter and art teacher. She lived in the same house as me, where she had her painting studio-laboratory. I loved spending my days there, enchanted by that magical atmosphere and her creative originality.

ABOUT PAOLA MINELLI

I was born in 1963. Since 1988, I have studied and practiced meditation and yoga under the guidance of various masters in Buddhist, Bonpo and Hindu traditions, the main one being Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. I am also a regular practitioner and teacher of traditional and therapeutic Hatha Yoga.
