On the occasion of the Day of the Dead weekend, we will focus on the Shitro practice.

On Saturday, October 31st, we will practice Shitro together at 3 pm.

On Sunday, November 1st, we will gather for our session of explanation of the practice of Shitro, following a video recording of Rinpoche, followed by practice together. We will also host an additional Shitro practice session in the afternoon at 3 pm and on Monday, November 2nd, at 9 am.

Requirements: Having attended teachings with Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi is required.
